Cory recently moved to the greater Montgomery area in January of 2022 to continue his career in banking. He serves as an Assistant Vice President- Market Manager for Woodforest National Bank. He has over 7 years in the finance/banking industry and started with Woodforest National Bank as a branch manager in 2020. Cory is excited to be apart of the Millbrook Chamber of Commerce and be an ambassador for community growth and development.

Carol Bowman is an Alabama native. She was raised in the Birmingham area. She received her degree in Human Resource Management at Birmingham-Southern College (where she met her husband, Brannon).  Carol is a military spouse, a pastor’s wife, and a mom to Thomas (a recent graduate of Troy University).

Carol is a licensed REALTOR®  with the Montgomery Area Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors and is certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP),  Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute Accreditation (GRI), and holds the NAR C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) designation.

Carol is a member of the West Elmore Lions Club, Business Partners BNI Chapter, Millbrook Presbyterian Church, and MAAR Education Committee. She enjoys serving our community and meeting people.

In her spare time, Carol enjoys scrapbooking, traveling, and spending time with her church, family, and her spoiled dog, Nash!

Mr. Tanner Hicks is a native of Millbrook and graduate of SEHS as well as Troy University where he played baseball for the Trojans. He worked in Alumni Relations and Development for TROY from 2015 – 2020 before moving home to Millbrook. Tanner joined the Alabama Wildlife Federation (AWF) in January 2020, as Community Relations Coordinator/Development Assistant where he focuses on relationship building with corporate entities, and supporting conservation education partnerships.

Emily has worked in the child advocacy center field since 2006 and brings tons of experience to Butterfly Bridge CAC from her many years working in victim services. Emily has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University and a Masters of Education in Counseling from Auburn University Montgomery. She began working as a Forensic Interviewer and Therapist at the Children’s Advocacy Center in Montgomery in 2006 and provided leadership in establishing the child advocacy center satellite offices in Elmore and Autauga counties in 2016. She joined the Butterfly Bridge CAC team in 2017 and serves as the Assistant Director and Child Forensic Interview Specialist. Emily primarily serves in our Autauga and Elmore county satellite offices where she conducts most of the forensic interviews in cases of alleged physical or sexual abuse. In her time working in the field, she has interviewed thousands of children in reported cases of abuse, counseled hundreds, and provided expert testimony in criminal court. She lives in Prattville and serves as an Ambassador with the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce and attends First Baptist Church in Prattville. She is married to Matt and they have two daughters. Emily is a huge Auburn fan, enjoys running, spending time with her family, and being involved in her community.

She started her advertising career over 15 years ago in radio, and from there she was the Executive Director of the Muscular Dystrophy Association for Central and South Alabama for 13 years. Whether in the corporate world, non-profit, or even while serving our country as a medic in the Air Force National Guard, her philosophy is always the same: Meet the clients first need FIRST, even if (especially if) it has nothing to do with your agenda! As Dave Ramsey says, relationships move at the speed of trust. She has been married for 24 years and has two beautiful and perfect daughters!

Candice enjoys giving back to the community and volunteers with the local United Way having served as a loan executive for 5 years and now a member of the Community Impact Council.  She is the proud mom to son Rivers, step-son Stone, and step-daughter Maggie. In her free time you will find Candice traveling with her other half, Scott, their children and dog Blaze.

Pamela specializes in Marketing and Client Development and is responsible for developing new client relationships, marketing communication, tradeshow/event planning and marketing budgets. She is dedicated to using her positive attitude and diligence to help connect people, ideas and solutions and to develop collaborative and long-term business relationships. Mitchell earned her BS in Business Communication from UNC Greensboro. Pamela is inspired daily by her three sons and is actively involved in Vaughn Forest Baptist Church.

Jeremy and his wife Kimberly have been married for 17 years and have four children. Jeremy was raised in Millbrook and is a graduate of Stanhope Elmore High School and Life Christian University with a Bachelor of Theology. Jeremy serves as the Senior Pastor of House of  Restoration Church in Millbrook and He enjoys serving God and His people. Jeremy looks forward to being a positive influence to the community and surrounding businesses with servanthood, prayer, delicious donuts but most importantly LOVE. .

Kyle was born In Gulf Shores but made the River Region his home in 2012 after leaving Auburn. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in finance and completed his MBA in 2016 from AUM. He is married to his wife of 7 years, Sara, and they have 2 dogs. Kyle is the Mortgage Loan Originator for MAX Credit Union and serves their customers in Prattville & Millbrook. In the past, Kyle served on the Prattville Chamber as an Ambassador and received the 2018 Ambassador of the Year award. He is a current member of the Prattville YMCA’s Emerging Leaders Board and was named on the “Top 20 under 40” In Prattville in 2020. He looks forward to serving Millbrook’s chamber for many years and is excited about getting to know the people and businesses in this community!

Lisa Van Wagner is the Project Manager for the Elmore County Economic Development Authority (ECEDA).   ECEDA facilitates new and expanded business, industrial and commercial development, tourism, and quality of life projects throughout Elmore County.  A few of ECEDA’s projects include:  17 Springs development in Millbrook, American Crappie Trail Tournament on the Alabama River, Great Alabama 650 on the Coosa River, Fishers of Men Tournament at Lake Jordan, new prison construction in Elmore, and broadband hotspots throughout Elmore County.

Lisa grew up in Millbrook and attended Elmore County public schools.  She is a graduate of Stanhope Elmore High School, Auburn University, and Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.  She has been a licensed attorney in Alabama since 1995 and has represented businesses and employers throughout Alabama, the U.S. and overseas.  Still, Elmore County has always been home and she is thrilled to partner with MACC as one of its ambassadors.
