Family is everything to me. I’m married to my husband, Seth, whose family has deep roots in Millbrook, and together we have a daughter, Caroline. I love helping people, whether it’s guiding them through the homebuying process or supporting my community in other ways.
I’m passionate about building relationships, being approachable and genuine, and staying connected to the people and businesses that make our community special. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family and finding ways to give back locally.

Robert Fell was born and raised in eastern North Caroline until the age of 9 when he and his family moved to the mountains of Colorado. After graduating from high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps as a helicopter engine mechanic, deployed twice to the Mediterranean Sea. During his last deployment he decided to attend college and was accepted to the University of Arizona in Tucson. There he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and a certificate in International Business.
In 2012, he moved to Alabama and purchased his first home in Millbrook where he now has 3 horses, 2 dogs, 8 cats, and 18 chickens. He has been married to his lovely wife Cecilia for 10 years and has three daughters. When his youngest daughter was born in 2018 they found out that she had Down Syndrome and was immediately concerned for her future. Robert began to read and study everything he could get his hands on about investing so that he could provide for her future. Jordan is originally from upstate New York but has called Alabama home for over 25 years. He graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2015 with Finance degree. While in college, he was member of many organizations and honor societies. He has been a part of the team at MAX Credit Union since 2014 and became a wealth advisor in 2016 and recently named Vice President of Wealth Management in 2025.
He is active part of the community in many organizations: Prattville/Millbrook Sunrise Rotary Club currently serving as club President, Millbrook Chamber Ambassadors serving as the Ambassador Chair. He started in Leadership Autauga County back in 2021as a member of the class and played an integral part in the class project. After graduating, he was nominated for the board and then selected to serve as co-chair and then class chair for the adult class. He now serves as President of the board. In 2020, he was named one of the Top 20 Under 40 In Prattville and in 2024 was named Long Lewis Hero of the Month. Most recently, he was named as Top 40 Under 40 in the River Region.

Tonika Heard is a Community Relations Specialist at Alabama Power, where she leverages her extensive background in customer service to foster strong community ties and drive impactful initiatives. She’s been with the company for 18.5 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Troy University at Montgomery.
Tonika is a distinguished graduate of Leadership Autauga County (2022-23) and currently serves as the Chair of Youth Leadership Autauga County. Her commitment to community service is evident through her various leadership roles, including serving as an Ambassador for the Prattville Chamber of Commerce and as Secretary of the Elmore County Family Resource Center Executive Board.
In addition to community leadership, Tonika is an active member of several advisory boards, including the Autauga Leadership Board, Chilton County United Way Advisory Board, and the Alabama Power Foundation Point of Light Advisory Council. She also plays a pivotal role as the United Way Department Coordinator (2023) and the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Communications Coordinator.

Emily has worked in the child advocacy center field since 2006 and brings tons of experience to Butterfly Bridge CAC from her many years working in victim services. Emily has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University and a Masters of Education in Counseling from Auburn University Montgomery. She began working as a Forensic Interviewer and Therapist at the Children’s Advocacy Center in Montgomery in 2006 and provided leadership in establishing the child advocacy center satellite offices in Elmore and Autauga counties in 2016. She joined the Butterfly Bridge CAC team in 2017 and serves as the Assistant Director and Child Forensic Interview Specialist. Emily primarily serves in our Autauga and Elmore county satellite offices where she conducts most of the forensic interviews in cases of alleged physical or sexual abuse. In her time working in the field, she has interviewed thousands of children in reported cases of abuse, counseled hundreds, and provided expert testimony in criminal court. She lives in Prattville and serves as an Ambassador with the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce and attends First Baptist Church in Prattville. She is married to Matt and they have two daughters. Emily is a huge Auburn fan, enjoys running, spending time with her family, and being involved in her community.
